Founded in 1977, the Acton Rangers have been part of our community’s equestrian tradition for nearly 50 years. This nonprofit organization’s members receive no pay or financial benefit for their work. Instead, they generously contribute their own time and money to host Ranger Gymkhanas—horseback riding competitions featuring timed games such as barrel racing and pole bending. Their goal is to provide a safe, friendly, and positive environment where the Acton community families can have fun and local youth can develop their riding skills and good sportsmanship.Founded in 1977, the Acton Rangers have been part of our community’s equestrian tradition for nearly 50 years.
