We had an amazing turnout with 16 members and one guest joining us for the event. The afternoon was filled with enjoyment as we attended a performance of West Side Story. The play was absolutely incredible, showcasing some truly talented local youth, including a senior from Vasques High School. Although the first half of the play was quite cold due to the theater's temperature, we made the best of it by bundling up and powering through. Thankfully, the theater responded to the complaints and adjusted the temperature for the second half, allowing us to fully enjoy the fabulous performances without any distractions.
After the show, we made our way to McGinn’s Irish Pub for a delicious dinner on their patio, which was well-heated and very cozy. The food was amazing, and our waitress, Mattie, did an excellent job in handling our large group while the restaurant was packed. Everyone had a great time, and the evening was filled with great conversation and laughter.

January 2019!
2018 - AWC members went to Search Dog Rescue in May!After the terrible fires and flooding where some of their structures were damaged and the dogs had to be evacuated, we had to cancel the January outing. It was good to be able to make another arrangement to go.
